I’m a graduate student of Counseling at New York University. I’m a queer-affirming clinician in the making with a keen interest in gender, the immigrant experience, and other aspects of identity. My approach to the counseling relationship involves collaboration, empowerment, and providing a space free from power hierarchies. I believe we can foster growth through exploring our narratives about ourselves, learning to hold contradictions, and through the medium of art.
Simple Pleasures: Visual art, plants, writing poetry, music, reading a good book on a rainy day, food, adventure, and cats.
Not so fun fact: I’m a Leo who loves astrology and reading tarot cards
